    Role

    We look for a motivated and mind-positive “Customer Care Specialist” in our Berlin office or remote. You get the chance to co-develop customer care structures that matter and puts customers first. You will play a key role dealing directly with physicians, dentists and medical staff. You bring passion and empathy to deliver outstanding support services to CURE’s customers via chat, email and phone. You understand the unique characteristics of people with a medical profession. You drive change and define efficient customer support processes to anticipate and solve all challenges when dealing with customer requests.     Role description

    You will be working at the interface between product management and agile engineering. You analyze business requirements and turn them into technical concepts and requirements, helping both tech and product people to build products that our customers value, and that fit in our business strategy.

    You will identify, analyze, prioritize and formulate the complex requirements for processes and IT systems. You will also integrate capabilities and processes of external service providers.

    You use visual tools and modeling languages to develop concepts and process representation.

    You will support product owners in writing epics and stories.

    Must haves

    • Degree in business informatics, economics or comparable courses of study.
    • Relevant professional experience in project management, ideally in the ERP environment.
    • Experience with modeling tools and languages. Having worked with orchestration tools is a plus.

  • Head of Growth

    At CURE we are building a financial ecosystem for doctors and health professionals. We connect financial data of the medical practice and simplify business finance management.

    As Head of Growth, you will report to the CEO and work cross-functional with Marketing, Business Development, Partner Management and Product to increase customer sign-ups and enable our partners to promote CURE to their medical doctor base. This role is crucial for the success of CURE and will require the definition, implementation and execution of hands-on growth strategies and operational hacks in order to build out our presence from the ground up as we launch.

    Your Opportunity:

    • Drive customer acquisition and all lead generation efforts, including strategy, forecasting, executing and measuring results.

As part of our growth path we looking for a “Performance Marketing Manager” who will work within our marketing team and will play a key role identifying and testing new channels and continue to meet or exceed critical metrics. Within the organization you will report to the CMO and also workcross-functional with “Business Development”, “Partner Management” and “Product Development” to increase customer sign-ups and enable our partners to promote CURE.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Design, set up and deliver performance marketing campaigns and goals to drive leads &
      conversion
    • Manage performance marketing channels SEA, SEO, display, retargeting etc
    • Launch, test and assess new channels such as Affiliate Marketing or any other Social Media Channels

As part of our growth path we search for a UI/UX Designer that will work within our internal design team to:

    • Shape the discipline of UX and design beautiful user experiences for our digital products, in particular our web-based app
    • Participate in all design phases, from concept to design to production (evaluations, user-flows, user-feedback, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, visual mockups, AB testing etc.)
    • Develop, iterate and implement holistically components for our design system

    Role description

    Act as a subject matter expert with a key focus on all security aspects of multiple cloud scenarios: our own (operational and organizational) and the ones of our partners. You challenge and enhance our current approaches using cloud security best practices and product solutions.

    Help to prevent cyber security incidents on all levels with a focus infrastructure, software development and access management.

    Ensuring the policy is implemented appropriately in all aspects of IT systems/infrastructure as well as non-automated methods and procedures

    Consulting with auditors and regulatory authorities when needed (we are not yet regulated but we work with regulated entities).

    Must haves

    • 4+ years of experience in information security, technology solutions

    In technical terms we are cloud based multi service platform with a modern tech stack that allows both quick and agile development as well as stable operations.     You will be responsible for the software architecture and development standards, growing our integration platform and keeping it flexible. You are the driving force behind delivery and also make sure that operations run smoothly.
