    About CURE

    At CURE we are building a digital bank, exclusively for health professionals. We simplify financial data and enable medical institutions to make better financial decisions. Customer care is at the core of our business providing a health-specific banking platform, we listen to our customers and provide front line support via telephone, email and chat.

    Role

    We look for a motivated and mind-positive “Customer Care Specialist” in our Berlin office or remote. You get the chance to co-develop customer care structures that matter and puts customers first. You will play a key role dealing directly with physicians, dentists and medical staff. You bring passion and empathy to deliver outstanding support services to CURE’s customers via chat, email and phone. You understand the unique characteristics of people with a medical profession. You drive change and define efficient customer support processes to anticipate and solve all challenges when dealing with customer requests. You are a strong and an extrovert communicator and provide guidance to prospects with the onboarding process for a successful start on the CURE banking platform.

Our customers expect first class service and professional assistance with onboarding as well as understanding and using the CURE platform. You will work closely with Marketing, Product and IT and share your first-hand insights and customer feedback to improve the product and enhance customer experience. We offer customer support via multiple channels such as email, chat and phone. CURE is a young growing startup working at the edge of Fintech and Health.     Responsibilities

    • Providing professional customer service via live-chat, email and phone
    • Contacting of existing customers that require personal assistance
    • Introducing CURE to potential new users and ensuring a successful onboarding process
    • Liaising with other teams to resolve any customers queries
    • Ensuring overall support service levels are consistently achieved
    • Educating prospects and customers with new functions and features
    • Hosting and participating in webinars to gain visibility for CURE services
    • Collaborating with other CURE team members to share insights and drive exceptional service
    • Improving the CURE product by collecting customer feedback and translating into actionable items
    • Contributing to best-in-class NPS and high Customer Satisfaction standards

    Skills & Experience

    • 1-3 years working in a Customer Service role
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

    AUFGABEN
    Du steuerst den gesamten Vertriebsprozess vom Erstkontakt (Cold Calling/Kaltakquise) über den Vertragsabschluss (Closing) bis hin zur Praxisberatung (Upsell) der CURE Banking Plattform (SaaS).
    • Du bist maßgeblich und deutschlandweit für Umsatz und Wachstum der CURE Kundenbasis im Bereich Human und Dental verantwortlich.
    • Du akquirierst selbstständig Ärzte und Zahnärzte bzw. Arzt- und Zahnarztpraxen und agierst souverän auch als Praxisberater in Finanzfragen.
    • Du identifizierst und analysierst relevante Finanzbedürfnisse und Herausforderungen in ambulanten medizinischen Einrichtungen und bildest die Brücke zu neuen Lösungen im CURE Produkt.
    • Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Customer Success, Product und Marketing um ambulante Einrichtungen erfolgreich zu digitalisieren und Wachstum für CURE zu schaffen.
    • Du setzt deine Vertriebsberichte und Forecasts eigenständig mittels Hubspot auf, um Deinen Erfolg zu messen.

    PROFIL
    • Du bist "hands-on" und hast keine Scheu vor Kaltakquise und direktem Kundenkontakt.
    • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Softwarevertrieb (Cloud / SaaS)
