    About CURE

    At CURE we are building a digital bank, exclusively for health professionals. We simplify financial data and enable medical institutions to make better financial decisions. Customer care is at the core of our business providing a health-specific banking platform, we listen to our customers and provide front line support via telephone, email and chat.

    Role

    We look for a motivated and mind-positive “Customer Care Specialist” in our Berlin office or remote. You get the chance to co-develop customer care structures that matter and puts customers first. You will play a key role dealing directly with physicians, dentists and medical staff. You bring passion and empathy to deliver outstanding support services to CURE’s customers via chat, email and phone. You understand the unique characteristics of people with a medical profession. You drive change and define efficient customer support processes to anticipate and solve all challenges when dealing with customer requests. You are a strong and an extrovert communicator and provide guidance to prospects with the onboarding process for a successful start on the CURE banking platform.

    Responsibilities

    • Providing professional customer service via live-chat, email and phone
    • Contacting of existing customers that require personal assistance
    • Introducing CURE to potential new users and ensuring a successful onboarding process
    • Liaising with other teams to resolve any customers queries

  • Head of Growth

    At CURE we are building a financial ecosystem for doctors and health professionals. We connect financial data of the medical practice and simplify business finance management.

    As Head of Growth, you will report to the CEO and work cross-functional with Marketing, Business Development, Partner Management and Product to increase customer sign-ups and enable our partners to promote CURE to their medical doctor base. This role is crucial for the success of CURE and will require the definition, implementation and execution of hands-on growth strategies and operational hacks in order to build out our presence from the ground up as we launch.

    Your Opportunity:

    • Drive customer acquisition and all lead generation efforts, including strategy, forecasting, executing and measuring results.
    • Ability to handle a sensitive and highly-complex target market (health care, doctors)
    • Model and forecast results; conduct A/B tests and use a data-driven approach to measuring and refining our approach to enhance outcomes and hit KPIs

    At CURE we are building a financial ecosystem for doctors and health professionals. We connect financial data of the medical practice and simplify business finance management. As part of our growth path we looking for a “Performance Marketing Manager” who will work within our marketing team and will play a key role identifying and testing new channels and continue to meet or exceed critical metrics. Within the organization you will report to the CMO and also workcross-functional with “Business Development”, “Partner Management” and “Product Development” to increase customer sign-ups and enable our partners to promote CURE.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Design, set up and deliver performance marketing campaigns and goals to drive leads &
      conversion
    • Manage performance marketing channels SEA, SEO, display, retargeting etc
    • Launch, test and assess new channels such as Affiliate Marketing or any other Social Media Channels
    • Lead and execute A/B and customer experience testing throughout the customer journey (e. g. ad creative, ad placement, audiences, landing page experience, conversion tactics, post-conversion loyalty)
    • Monitor performance for all marketing initiatives and leverage key platforms and tools (e. g. GA360) and dashboards (e. g. Data Studio) to reach performance objectives

    YOUR SKILLS:

    At CURE we are building a financial ecosystem for doctors and healthcare professionals. That includes banking services as well as financial management, where we get data via open banking, DATEV and other third party software that our customers use. We simplify business finance management so that doctors have more time for their patients and can make better financial decisions.

    Role description

    Act as a subject matter expert with a key focus on all security aspects of multiple cloud scenarios: our own (operational and organizational) and the ones of our partners. You challenge and enhance our current approaches using cloud security best practices and product solutions.

    Help to prevent cyber security incidents on all levels with a focus infrastructure, software development and access management.

    Ensuring the policy is implemented appropriately in all aspects of IT systems/infrastructure as well as non-automated methods and procedures

    Consulting with auditors and regulatory authorities when needed (we are not yet regulated but we work with regulated entities).

    Must haves

    • 4+ years of experience in information security, technology solutions
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs and appropriate compliance measures are adhered too
    • Knowledge of threats and vulnerabilities associated with cloud, multi vendor environments and distributed teams
    • Financial institution knowledge and or Fintech industry experience is strongly desired
    • Recognized security qualifications are a plus

    • Deep understanding of cloud architecture and native services
    • Design, develop and manage robust, secure, scalable, highly available, and dynamic solutions
    • Develop strategies and drive performance optimization of the system to improve its availability.
    • Direct and work with development, testing and operations teams to complete system development and implementation
    • Strong understanding of system reliability and stability patterns – knowing that cloud means “minimum time to recovery”
